Description

You will support the firmware engineering team through field issue reproduction, validation, and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot reported issues through general triage and debug processes.
• Lead junior test engineers on issue triage and debugging steps.
• Coordinate with architects, development teams, and test engineers to resolve open issues.
• Execute setup and validation for new proof-of-concept features alongside architects.
• Generate weekly status reports on issue resolution and proof-of-concept validation progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• USB Analyzer proficiency.
• PD Analyzer proficiency.
• DP Aux Analyzer proficiency.
• Experience with Logic Analyzers.
• Ability to perform debug log collection and analysis.
• Experience with issue triage and reproduction.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.
