Lab Technician

You will support factory software readiness activities for next-generation Mac portable and desktop hardware.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily test procedures and regression tests on large pools of manual and automated units.
• Collect data from hundreds of devices running 24/7 and identify product defects.
• Coordinate with QA engineers to analyze test data and conduct follow-up experiments.
• Maintain and fix test equipment, setups, and automated test tools.
• Document detailed test reports and findings for diverse engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test or customer support related to Mac systems.
• Hands-on experience with Mac testing and Mac systems software.
• Proficiency with hardware functions and testing hardware components.
• Experience working in a lab environment setting up test equipment.
• Ability to work with automated tools and automated test execution.
• Strong documentation skills for technical subjects and test reporting.
• Experience managing competing priorities and planning test schedules.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
