Description

Manage hardware and software testing for next-generation Mac portables and desktops in a lab environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily regression tests on large pools of units using manual and automated methods.
• Collect and prioritize data from hundreds of devices running 24/7 to identify product defects.
• Coordinate with QA engineers to analyze test data and conduct follow-up experiments.
• Maintain and fix test equipment, setups, and automated test tools.
• Document detailed test reports and findings for diverse engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Mac testing or Mac-related customer support.
• Hands-on experience working in a lab environment.
• Proficiency with Mac system software and hardware functions.
• Experience setting up test equipment and using automated testing tools.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and plan testing schedules.
• Strong technical documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
