Description

You will perform sample preparation, physical testing, and quality inspections in a manufacturing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lab samples using a CNC Mill, hand tools, Scotch Brite, sandpaper, and degreaser.
• Test samples for physical properties including Rockwell Hardness, tensile strength, and conductivity.
• Conduct detailed part inspections using precision measurement tools.
• Pack and ship production samples to internal departments and customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or laboratory setting.
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and gauge pins.
• Experience using hand tools including deburring tools, small hammers, screwdrivers, and pliers.
• Ability to perform Quality Control and microbiology tasks.
• Capability to work in a manufacturing environment wearing required PPE (safety glasses, steel toe/metatarsal boots, hearing protection, and gloves).
