Description

Lead the development, configuration, and support of LabVantage systems to meet laboratory operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design enhancements for LabVantage systems.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, bug fixes, and daily administration.
• Configure analysis parameters, test lists, and static data.
• Build Crystal, Excel, and KPI reports for data retrieval and laboratory functions.
• Collaborate with lab management to plan implementations and assess workflow change impacts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of specific experience with LabVantage development and configuration.
• 8+ years of overall professional experience in software development or IT.
• Proficiency in relational databases: Postgres, MySQL, or Oracle.
• 1+ year of programming experience in VB, Java, or Windows scripting languages.
• Experience developing custom reports using Crystal Reports and Excel.
• Ability to perform data retrieval and analysis using queries and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting training and providing technical documentation for lab users.
