Design and develop automated test systems and software for test equipment in Houston, TX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design automated test systems and automation software for test equipment.
• Select and integrate data acquisition devices and benchtop instruments.
• Debug and test Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
• Interpret electrical schematics, CAD drawings, and mechanical design documents.
• Manage programmatic interaction with Microsoft SQL databases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in LabVIEW programming.
• Proficiency in LabVIEW architectures, DAQ, Real-Time, and FPGA.
• Experience with NI Data Acquisition Systems (cRIO, cDAQ).
• Knowledge of communication protocols: GPIB, Serial, Ethernet, TCP/IP.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems and debugging techniques.
• Experience with Test Control Systems, PLCs, and third-party instruments.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and CAD documentation.
