Description

You will own the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Labware LIMS environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), specifically LabWare V7/V8.
• Manage and troubleshoot technical issues involving ERP, label printing, and MDM interfaces.
• Conduct GxP Analysis and Gap/Risk Assessments for IT application development.
• Ensure 24x7 application availability through proactive support activities.
• Drive process improvement and automation within the LIMS environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in LIMS implementation.
• Certified knowledge of LabWare LIMS (V6, V7, V8).
• Proficiency with Oracle PL/SQL and SAP Crystal Reports.
• Hands-on experience with LabWare modules: Stability, EM, Inventory, Storage Location Management, Instrument Interfaces, and Lot Sample Management.
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery models.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM process integrations.
• Expertise in requirements gathering and configuration development for LIMS.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Pharma domain concepts and process standardization.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in unstructured environments.
