Senior engineer owning LabWare LIMS architecture, customization, and integration for regulated environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain LabWare LIMS solutions, leveraging APIs for advanced functionality.
• Design and digitize laboratory workflows, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate LIMS with lab sequencers, ERP, CRM systems, and web technologies using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Python, Java, JavaScript (Node/React), and SQL.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with ISO and GLP standards while applying strong testing and automation practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in LabWare LIMS development, support, or architecture.
• Advanced expertise in LabWare LIMS configuration and API utilization.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript (Node/React).
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of LIMS basics.
• Experience integrating systems via REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Biological Sciences.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and drive progress in ambiguous situations.
