Description

Configure and maintain Labware LIMS v6 environments to meet specific business requirements, owning the full lifecycle of application administration, user management, and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Labware LIMS v6 and develop subroutines or non-routine programs tailored to client needs.
• Troubleshoot label formatting issues, Crystal Reports, and application or interface errors.
• Monitor application logs, database server health, and Citrix server print queues to ensure system stability.
• Implement change requests for Visual Workflows, subroutines, and stored queries in strict adherence to SOPs.
• Manage application administration, including user permissions and installation processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Labware LIMS.
• Proficiency in configuring Labware LIMS v6 environments.
• Hands-on experience developing and troubleshooting Crystal Reports.
• Experience with LIMS Visual Workflows implementation.
• Ability to manage Citrix server print queues.
• Experience with application and database server health monitoring.
• Knowledge of implementing change requests via subroutines and stored queries.
