Description

You will oversee land development projects from acquisition through construction oversight in Georgetown, United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage due diligence processes, including the creation and review of property documents to support land acquisition teams.
• Coordinate entitlements, design, permitting, and engineering requirements to meet project milestones.
• Monitor development phases and entitlement processes post-closing to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop, update, and analyze development budgets and project schedules.
• Travel weekly to project sites to monitor status, progress, and risk management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Land Development.
• 4 years of related experience or training, preferably in Texas.
• Proficiency in project management and budgeting.
• Ability to manage land/lot purchase contract processes.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, accounting, finance, or a related field.
