Description

You will support the Land Development Department with entitlements and transactions for land development projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence research, analyzing land use entitlements.
• Prepare applications including comprehensive plan amendments, rezoning, special exceptions, variances, and related documents.
• Coordinate with local government staff to process applications.
• Maintain critical dates for applications, due diligence tasks, and project deliverables.
• Order, review, and analyze title documents, requirements, endorsements, search reports, inspections, and surveys.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in land use or real estate.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, independently or in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Familiarity with Land Development and Paralegal functions.
