Description

You will image, configure, and deploy Windows laptops in a high-volume environment to support end-user technology needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Image and configure Windows laptops in bulk using SCCM task sequences.
• Perform first-time setup for new devices, including software installation and configuration.
• Support laptop refresh projects by managing device replacement and data migration.
• Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot imaging issues such as PXE boot failures.
• Wipe retired assets, coordinate returns, and update asset management systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT support or desktop deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Windows laptop imaging and SCCM task sequences.
• Proficiency in Windows configuration and software installation.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience managing device staging on large imaging benches.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and move quickly between workstations.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-volume device staging environments.
