Description

Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using Laravel and Core PHP, including custom themes, plugins, and integrations for WordPress and Shopify.

Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, CRMs, and analytics tools while leveraging AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot for code generation and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize websites using Core PHP, Laravel (v8+), WordPress, and Shopify.
• Develop eCommerce, education, and directory platforms with clean, documented code.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services including payment gateways and CRMs.
• Use AI tools (GitHub Copilot, DeepCode) to assist in code generation, review, and debugging.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Core PHP and Laravel (v8 or higher).
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture, OOP, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with WordPress (custom themes, plugins, WooCommerce) and Shopify (theme customization, app integrations).
• Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with MySQL/MariaDB and Git version control.
• Familiarity with AI development tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with eCommerce, education, or classifieds/directory-based websites.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug efficiently across full-stack environments.
