Large Language Model (LLM) Engineer
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Long-term Contract 

iitjobs is hiring a Large Language Model (LLM) Engineer at Hyderabad who has experience building production-grade AI applications and deploying AI models on cloud platforms..

Required Skills:-

Python:-                     5+ years of strong Python development, OOP, APIs, multithreading
Machine Learning:-   Experience building ML models using PyTorch or TensorFlowL
LMs:-                           Hands-on work with Llama, Mistral, GPT, Qwen, DeepSeek, etc
Fine-tuning:-              LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, SFT, Hugging Face Trainer
Transformers:-           Strong understanding of Transformer architecture, attention mechanism, tokenization
Frameworks:-             Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex
GPU Training:-           CUDA, NVIDIA GPUs, distributed training (DeepSpeed/FSDP/Megatron-LM)
Data Engineering:-    Dataset preparation, tokenization, data cleaning
Cloud:-                        AWS, Azure, or GCP
MLOps:-                      Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD
Coding:-                     GitHub projects, Kaggle, open-source contributions

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure AI, Google AI, or Generative AI.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects.
• Experience building AI copilots, chatbots, or AI assistants.
