Description

You will manage cross-country coordination and technical roadmap alignment for the LATAM region.

Responsibilities

• Create a unified LATAM calendar and oversee campaign execution to align regional needs.
• Coordinate with web mastering agencies to prevent inconsistencies during CMS changes.
• Raise and follow up on Jira tickets to manage technical enhancements and issue tracking.
• Strategize and prepare the technical roadmap while monitoring daily progress across markets.
• Facilitate regular communication between Hub leads, local teams, and global stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in coordination or project management.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English for stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms and managing content updates across multiple sites.
• Experience using Jira for ticket management and issue follow-up.
• Strong project management skills to align diverse country requirements.
• High-level technical understanding to support regional enhancement initiatives.
• Ability to manage complex roadmaps and transversal stakeholder interests.
