You will translate business requirements into technical designs and lead small development engagements.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business requirements into technical designs and propose alternatives.
• Lead small development engagements and mentor junior engineers.
• Code and communicate requirements to the engineering team.
• Manage application interfaces between functional areas and external systems.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in Lawson development.
• Expertise in Lawson S3 HR and Payroll functional knowledge.
• Proficiency with Lawson S3 LSF, Landmark, and IPA.
• Hands-on experience with Lawson Cobol 4GL and Lawson 4GL.
• Strong Unix knowledge and shell scripting.
• Advanced Oracle database skills and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Lawson General Ledger and Lawson HRIS.

Preferred Skills

• SQL Server Database experience.
• Lawson Add-ins or TOAD experience.
• InfoR Smart Office foundation and installation.
