Senior Lawson Developer translating business requirements into technical designs for HR and payroll systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead small development engagements and mentor junior engineers.
• Solve complex technical problems within the Lawson functional area.
• Design interfaces between internal applications and external systems.
• Develop and maintain code while communicating requirements to the broader team.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in Lawson development.
• Lawson S3 HR and Payroll functional knowledge.
• Lawson S3 LSF and Landmark.
• IPA and Lawson Cobol 4GL.
• Unix knowledge and shell scripting.
• Oracle Database and SQL.
• Amazon S3.

Preferred Skills

• SQL Server Database.
• Lawson Add-ins.
• TOAD or InfoR Smart Office.
