Description

Manage and coordinate projects within the Lawson ecosystem, liaising between technology end users, product owners, and business sponsors to define requirement specifications. Partner with technical teams and business users to implement new software initiatives and improve existing applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed project plans including tasks, roles, communication plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Document logistics, timelines, project status updates, and milestone achievements.
• Support project strategy through technical business analysis, design functionality development, and change management.
• Manage project lifecycle documentation and budget/cost management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Lawson products, specifically InfoR OS.
• Proficiency with LSF (Lawson Scripting Framework).
• Experience with IPA (Infor Process Automation).
• Technical business analysis and design functionality development.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication planning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with budget and cost management.
• Background in change management.
