Description

Manage and maintain the Layer7 API Gateway platform to ensure service continuity and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Layer7 API Gateway operations, including installation, upgrades, and configuration management.
• Develop and execute API policies and assertions within the Layer7 environment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and handle incident management and problem resolution.
• Implement security policies and configurations to protect the API Gateway.
• Perform regular system checks to ensure optimal platform performance and scalability.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in API Gateway operations and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Layer7 software and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of network protocols and system administration.
• Practical understanding of network security implementation.
• Experience with API development and management processes.
• Ability to work night shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Layer7 or related field certification.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management framework.
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
