Description

You will facilitate global onboarding program sessions for new hires within the EMEA and APAC time zones.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate live global onboarding events and engage diverse audiences through hybrid-friendly interactions like chat and breakout rooms.
• Manage session logistics, scheduling, and setup within the Absorb Learning Management System.
• Generate learning and enrollment reports, session metrics, and analysis for areas of improvement.
• Triage technical or logistical issues during live sessions and escalate when necessary.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in training facilitation.
• Experience engaging remote or hybrid audiences using digital interaction mechanisms.
• Proven track record of coordinating and launching learning programs or events.
• Strong project management and process improvement experience.
• High proficiency in spreadsheet management, including formula creation and data analysis.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly while facilitating large groups.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours to coordinate with US-based teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday and LMS platforms.
• Background in data analysis and cross-functional collaboration between People teams and business units.
