Description

You will own the administration of the Ab Initio ETL tool and lead the migration of infrastructure to the AWS Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ab Initio administration including GDE, Meta Data Hub, and Operational Console.
• Lead infrastructure migration from on-premises to AWS Cloud, including EKS containerization.
• Build and maintain Big Data pipelines from on-premises environments to Data Lakes and Cloud Storage.
• Troubleshoot mid-tier and infrastructure issues affecting environmental components.
• Perform code reviews for ETL code and guide developers through issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Ab Initio administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Ab Initio GDE, Meta Data Hub, and Operational Console.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EKS, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, and EBS.
• Proficiency with databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and DB2.
• Extensive UNIX (AIX or Linux) and SQL expertise.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
• Strong scripting and automation skills for ETL processes.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certification.
• Experience with DevOps, IaaS, LDAP, or Identity Access Management (IAM).
