Description

You will lead the design and development of complex data integration and ETL solutions using Ab Initio.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable and high-performance data pipelines.
• Guide and mentor junior developers and team members.
• Perform code reviews and ensure best practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing ETL workflows.
• Manage end-to-end data integration lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with strong Ab Initio expertise.
• Hands-on experience with GDE (Graphical Development Environment).
• Strong knowledge of ETL, data warehousing, and data integration.
• Experience with Unix/Linux scripting.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge (Oracle, Teradata, etc.).
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking/Financial domain.
• Knowledge of scheduling tools (Autosys, Control-M).
• Exposure to cloud/data modernization.
