Description

You will lead the accounting function, supervise staff, and ensure accuracy and compliance across all financial operations.

Manage AR/AP processes, record financial transactions accurately, and lead month-end and year-end closing cycles including reconciliations and audit preparation. Analyze financial data to monitor accounting information and implement process improvements. Direct accounting staff and enforce compliance with established operational standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional accounting experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel functionalities.
• Experience working within ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Vista or Spectrum ERP systems.
