Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify target markets and potential leads.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Manage and update a lead database with accurate contact information.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team and track acquisition activities and outcomes.
• Nurture lead relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in lead acquisition, sales, or a related role.
• Proficiency with CRM software and lead generation tools.
• Proven experience in market research and lead qualification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client rapport.
• Ability to work US, UK, or Canada working hours/night shifts.
• Strong reporting and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team structure.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
