Description

You will provide Level 3 support for complex Azure and Windows Server issues, owning root cause analysis and performance tuning while driving technical discussions as a subject matter expert.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for complex issues in Azure and Windows Server environments.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell or Azure Automation to streamline patching and reduce manual effort.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune the performance of Azure services and Windows Servers.
• Adhere to ITIL-based change management processes for all patching activities and manage change records.
• Perform root cause analysis on support tickets and provide technical guidance to other teams.

Required Skills

• 5-8+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Server administration (2012/2016/2019/2022).
• 3+ years of experience supporting a medium to large-scale Azure environment.
• Strong scripting and automation skills in PowerShell and Azure CLI.
• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and security concepts.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools.
• Ability to work independently on complex issues without handoffs.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Terraform.
