Description

Lead end-to-end application development, team mentorship, and system maintenance in a distributed agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to build applications using Java, Angular, and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Own system development, maintenance, and production support.
• Collaborate with technical leads and product management to define features and user stories.
• Provide technical training and mentorship to team members.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, engineering standards, and delivery timelines.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Lead role.
• Expertise in Adobe AEM 6.5+ codebase and technology stack.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager/CQ5 and Adobe Marketing Cloud products.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with REST API, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, and Jenkins.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle, GIT, and Messaging Frameworks.
• Experience with Angular or React.
• Familiarity with SDLC practices including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud Native Architecture.
• Background in building mission-critical software with a focus on operability and service-oriented architecture.
