Lead AEM Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture and development of AEM-based eCommerce solutions
Build and enhance core commerce capabilities: catalog, checkout, payments, OMS
Drive integrations with CRM, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, booking engines, logistics, and APIs
Work on microservices, event-driven, and serverless architectures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions
Stay hands-on with coding, system design, and performance optimization
Required Skills
7+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and backend integrations
Experience with React-based frontends and modern APIs
Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Kiro AI, etc.)
Strong knowledge of microservices & distributed systems
