Description

You will own the design, development, and deployment of multi-agent AI systems and enterprise LLM integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and orchestrate autonomous multi-agent systems and AI-driven business workflows.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and knowledge graphs.
• Integrate LLMs with external enterprise applications and manage API development using FastAPI and Flask.
• Deploy AI models and agents across dev, staging, and production environments with MLOps best practices.
• Produce technical design documentation and advise stakeholders on AI capabilities and risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an AI/ML developer with at least three complete agentic AI implementations.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks including LangChain, LlamaIndex, Transformers, and PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud AI services: Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Strong knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Ability to fine-tune LLMs, optimize prompt engineering, and perform model performance tuning.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for AI frontend integration and API testing with Postman.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and AI safety practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Hugging Face ecosystem and autonomous planning algorithms.
• Background in building conversational AI interfaces and chatbots.

Must have a college degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or equivalent experience.
