Description

You will design and build scalable Agentic AI solutions, leading the development of LLM-based systems and mentoring junior engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Agentic AI models and RAG architectures to solve complex business problems.
• Build scalable AI solutions using Python, LLMs, and frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, and FastAPI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering technical growth and collaborative problem-solving.
• Conduct rapid prototyping and R&D to stay current with advancements in Generative AI and NLP.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python development and AI/ML engineering.
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI, LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI concepts.
• Proficiency with LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and Pandas.
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong background in Deep Learning, NLP, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns.
• Proven track record of building production-grade AI products or solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with client engagement and technical stakeholder management.
• Background in Computer Vision (CV) alongside NLP capabilities.
