You lead the design and implementation of complex agentic AI solutions, mentoring engineers and managing project delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data pipelines for agentic systems, managing complex AI agent interactions with data sources.
• Develop an AI Composite Agentic Solution to analyze data models, validate hypotheses, and forecast strategies.
• Guide and mentor AI engineers on skill development within the field.
• Lead and manage AI projects, ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes are actionable.
• Contribute to creating and implementing AI strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in software or data engineering.
• Expertise in Python and developing Python Scripts (3+ years).
• Experience training LLMs with structured and unstructured data sets (3+ years).
• Strong understanding of Big Data Technologies and using Spark (1+ years).
• Experience with Azure Databricks (1+ years).
• Proficiency in vector databases and embedding models for retrieval tasks.
• Experience implementing ELT and ETL pipelines (1+ years).
• Familiarity with GraphDB and data conflation (1+ years).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with GIS spatial data.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading AI project teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Background in developing composite agentic solutions for strategic forecasting.
