Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design workshops with end users to gather requirements and define solution scope.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications aligned with Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure requirements match technical implementation.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for tracking work items, grooming the backlog, and managing sprint planning.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional specs.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise settings.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for project delivery.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 or other Microsoft business applications.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
