Guide Agile Squads in Cincinnati, OH, to deliver business value through Scrum principles and empirical processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement.
• Coach Product Owners and Development Teams on backlog management and shared delivery goals.
• Guide squads in self-organization, continuous improvement, dependency management, and conflict resolution.
• Use empirical data and metrics to drive inspect and adapt practices.
• Promote Agile practices across the organization through teaching and objective guidance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full-time business experience with 3+ years of Scrum experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Deep understanding of the Scrum Framework and agility principles.
• Experience with Kanban, XP, and Mob programming.
• Knowledge of Project Management, Requirements Management, Analysis, and Design.
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including QA, Testing, and Deployment.
• Working knowledge of Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, and Test Driven Development.
• Ability to facilitate neutral discussions and use powerful questioning for problem-solving.
