Own the product vision, roadmap, and continuous delivery of AI and Power Platform solutions that enhance employee experiences and business outcomes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead prioritization and release planning for AI-enabled features.
• Translate enterprise needs into scalable, low-code and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders to ensure measurable value.
• Champion AI adoption and responsible AI practices across cross-functional teams.
• Identify pain points and align stakeholder priorities to drive product strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of product ownership experience in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI Builder).
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum-based delivery.
• Proven ability to design and scale digital products integrating AI and automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid understanding of data governance, responsible AI, and compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with change management in large organizations.
