Description

Lead the engineering team in transitioning from manual script maintenance to an AI-driven generation model. Design and build an Agentic Platform that utilizes specialized LLM agents to handle distinct phases of the STLC. Own the release pipeline, orchestration layer, and framework evolution.

Responsibilities

• Design and build an Agentic Platform utilizing specialized LLM agents for STLC phases.
• Develop and fine-tune agents for requirements analysis, test scenario derivation, and Playwright script generation.
• Build the "connected intelligence layer" by integrating the AI platform with Jira and ALM tools.
• Lead the engineering team through a technology shift toward AI-driven automation and maintenance.
• Transition existing automation frameworks into an AI-first ecosystem compatible with MCP servers.

Required Skills

• Proven experience building Agentic Workflows and multi-agent orchestration (LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI).
• Expert-level proficiency in Playwright and modern TypeScript/JavaScript testing ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of integrating LLMs into production, including RAG frameworks.
• Strong experience with Jira API integrations and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) software.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI-native IDEs like Cursor.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building custom AI tools for user story review or static analysis on requirements.
• Background in migrating legacy testing frameworks to modern, AI-augmented architectures.
