Lead data analysis and model development to drive business decision-making through statistical modeling and NLP expertise.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to create and deploy statistical models.
• Conduct data analytics and visualization to interpret business scenarios.
• Manage algorithm flows across multiple workstreams within single repositories.
• Build APIs and handle debugging within DevOps workflows.
• Translate technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and model building.
• Expertise in Python coding and algorithm development.
• Deep understanding of NLP, including text classifiers, re-rankers, and topic modeling.
• Experience with Transformer-based architectures such as BERT, RoBERTa, and T5.
• Working knowledge of LLMs including ChatGPT, GPT 3.5, OPT, and BLOOM.
• Experience with reinforcement learning, prompt engineering, and hallucination mitigation.
• Proficiency with large datasets and distributed computing using Hadoop and Spark.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage code sharing and knowledge transfer in collaborative environments.
