Description

You will design, build, and deploy agentic AI applications, including multi-step agents, tool-using agents, and workflow orchestration systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector search patterns, and retrieval strategies.
• Implement agent orchestration using LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and modern agent workflow engines.
• Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production systems for automating complex business processes.
• Ensure all AI agents implement guardrails, governance, and compliance controls for enterprise standards.

Required Skills

• 5–8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2–3 years in modern LLM/AI development.
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying agentic AI applications in real-world settings.
• Strong expertise with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, MCP, or similar agent tool-calling/orchestration methods.
• Experience building multi-agent workflows and tool integrations.
• Hands-on experience with vector stores, embeddings, and evaluation approaches.
• Experience managing the LLM application lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing complex, multi-step AI agent architectures.
