Description

You will lead the UI development team in designing, developing, and deploying AI models and user interfaces that drive business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of UI design layer strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement reusable UI components and front-end libraries using React.js or Angular.
• Integrate AI agents and autonomous systems for decision-making, workflow automation, and task delegation.
• Build visual representations of agent states, decisions, and actions to support human-in-the-loop processes.
• Collaborate with Agentic Data engineers to design and deliver new features through code reviews and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and leading multi-functional teams of AI scientists and engineers.
• Expertise in React.js, including React Router, Redux, and Axios.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Maps and integrating ReactJS with deck.gl for GIS-enabled visualizations.
• Deep knowledge of Azure services including App Services, ML Studio WS, Function Apps, Container Apps, and API Management.
• Experience implementing Azure OpenAI models, Azure AI Search, Computer Vision, and Video Indexer.
• Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Tokens.
• Proficiency with Git, front-end build tools, and deployment pipelines.
• Ability to use mathematical modeling and statistical analysis to optimize prompt efficiency.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI and Azure Media Services.
• Ability to design tools for data collection from experiment participants while ensuring data integrity.
