Description

Lead the UI development team to design, develop, and deploy AI models and interface strategies that align with organizational goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of UI design layer strategies and reusable front-end libraries.
• Develop and integrate UI components using React.js and Angular methodologies with AI systems and agents.
• Build visual representations of agent states, decisions, and actions to facilitate human-in-the-loop oversight.
• Optimize front-end performance and components for maximum compatibility across web browsers.
• Mentor AI engineers and lead multi-functional teams of scientists and engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ReactJS, including Axios, React Router, and Redux.
• 5+ years of experience with HTML5 and CSS3.
• 3+ years of experience building BI widgets and GIS-enabled visualizations using Azure Maps.
• 2+ years of experience with Agentic AI, including AI models, ML, LLM, and Deep Learning.
• 1+ years of experience integrating with deck.gl.
• Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Azure ML Studio WS, Power BI, Azure Function Apps, Azure Container Apps, and Azure API Management.
• Experience implementing Azure Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Video Indexer, OpenAI models, Media Services, and AI Search.
• Strong JavaScript skills and experience with RESTful APIs and JSON Web Tokens.
• Expertise in version control (Git) and front-end build tools/pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, and optimization techniques for prompt efficiency.
• Ability to design tools for data collection from experiment participants while ensuring data integrity.
