You will lead UI development to support the design, development, and deployment of AI models that drive business value.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of UI design layer strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Integrate AI agents and autonomous systems for decision-making and workflow automation.
• Develop reusable components and front-end libraries for future product use.
• Translate designs and wireframes into production-quality code.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain smooth user experiences across web browsers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience leading projects and teams.
• Expertise in React.js development, including React Router, Redux, and Axios.
• Strong command of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and understanding modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JSON Web Tokens).
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Ability to implement complex front-end solutions using React tools.
• Experience with advanced mathematical modeling and statistical analysis for prompt optimization.
• Experience working with large datasets to improve application performance efficiency.
