Must-Have Skills

• Generative AI & Agentic AI in a commercial environment
• End-to-end delivery of AI applications from problem definition to production
• Classical statistics, ML, feature engineering, experimentation & model evaluation
• Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Search
• Tool/Function Calling, orchestration, structured outputs & failure handling
• Azure AI services; Copilot Studio / Power Platform experience is desirable
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring and people management

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of AI Data Scientists, AI Engineers, AI/ML Engineers & AI Solution Engineers
• Balance AI experimentation, strategic delivery, production support and team development
• Build AI capabilities and knowledge-sharing practices across teams
• Drive technical reviews, coaching and capability development
• Collaborate with AI teams across India and the UK
