Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture and development of Kily's core AI platform and backend systems.
• Build and scale agent-based workflows and AI-powered automation products.
• Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs, integrations, and distributed services.
• Drive engineering standards for code quality, testing, reliability, observability, and security.
• Own technical decision-making for system architecture, scalability, and production operations.

Skills Required:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including leading technical initiatives.
• Machine Learning and AI/ML fundamentals applied to production systems.
• Hands-on Python and Node.js for backend and AI workflow implementation.
• PostgreSQL database design and query optimization for scalable data access.
• Experience building scalable RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

Good to Have:

• Experience building GenAI/LLM or agent-based applications.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or CrewAI.
• Exposure to RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code.

Education: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
