Description

Lead the architecture, design, and development of AI and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific applications.
• Design and refine prompt engineering strategies to improve model accuracy and contextual relevance.
• Build and deploy scalable AI solutions using Python-based frameworks and modern ML toolchains.
• Implement robust evaluation, monitoring, and governance mechanisms for AI models.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for AI engineering teams.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Advanced knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques and model optimization strategies.
• Experience building and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Understanding of model evaluation, fine-tuning, and performance monitoring practices.
• Strong architectural thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• 7+ years of working experience.
• Any Graduate education level.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Core Banking systems and financial domain use cases.
• Experience ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards in financial technology environments.
