Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models for retail use cases such as:
  • Demand forecasting and inventory optimization
  • Dynamic routing for supply chain
  • Dynamic pricing and promotion strategies
  • Customer segmentation and behaviour prediction
  • Computer vision for store analytics and shelf monitoring
  • Personalized product recommendations
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor and manage a team of AI engineers and collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Drive MLOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and automated retraining.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to enhance solution capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
• Present technical strategies and project outcomes to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in the retail sector.
• Expertise in Python and ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Expertise in SQL
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (GCP ,AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) , GCP preferred.
• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• Solid grasp of software engineering principles, data structures, and system design.
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark).
• Familiarity with retail systems (POS, ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms).
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate retail challenges into AI solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
