Description

You will lead the technical direction and delivery of complex AI engineering initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop Agentic AI applications using LLMs and SMLs for automation and reasoning.
• Design and implement distributed backend systems using Python and FastAPI on Azure.
• Own the productionization of AI applications, ensuring reliability, observability, and lifecycle management.
• Lead and mentor AI engineers on architecture, design standards, and implementation best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in software or AI engineering, with 2+ years in technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in designing and implementing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with production-grade AI systems leveraging LLMs and SMLs.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration.
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with observability tools, logging, and APM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG pipelines.
• Working knowledge of OpenAI APIs and the Azure ecosystem.
