Description

Lead the design and deployment of Agentic AI and GenAI solutions across the full SDLC, from product scoping to client adoption.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Conversational AI, Agentic process automation, and Agentic software development lifecycle solutions.
• Own the entire product lifecycle including design, development, deployment, and adoption, optimizing for accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Guide non-technical teams and consultants in best practices for building robust Agentic AI platforms.
• Manage client engagements and serve as the technical interface between business requirements and engineering execution.
• Collaborate with global agile squads to share design ideas and drive feature releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience working with global and remote teams.
• Proficiency with AI platforms: LangGraph, AWS Bedrock, GCP Gemini Enterprise, Azure AI Foundry, or Crew AI.
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience optimizing computational efficiency for algorithms, LLMs, and AI platforms.
• Strong grasp of parallel computing and data management (relational, non-relational, and streaming structures).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Full-stack development with GraphQL, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• DevOps expertise using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Terraform.
