Description

Lead the technical vision and architecture for AI, LLM, and ML initiatives, owning the full lifecycle from concept to production deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable AI systems, including AI Agents, agentic workflows, and RAG pipelines (including multimodal).
• Design and deploy LLM-based services and evaluation frameworks for production environments.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, defining technical strategy and direction for all AI/ML projects.
• Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and reliability issues in production AI systems.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of total software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.
• 2+ years in an engineering leadership role, preferably leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Experience building RAG systems, LLM pipelines, and agentic workflows.
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, transformers, embeddings, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker for deployment and infrastructure.
