Description

Lead AI engineering efforts for internal regulatory tools while mentoring a team of engineers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance to elevate team capabilities.
• Design and develop internal AI tools for regulatory compliance workflows.
• Analyze broker-dealer communications to ensure adherence to FINRA Rule 2210.
• Drive technical execution across multiple concurrent AI initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied AI/ML engineering experience.
• Proven track record across multiple projects with depth of experience.
• Ability to operate at a technical lead level without ramp-up.
• Strong background in system design and development.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in financial services or compliance/regulatory environments.
