Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and Generative AI solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and guide technical reviews for AI/ML, data engineering, and cloud-native development.
• Manage multiple end-to-end projects, defining scope, timelines, and resources.
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of AI engineers, data scientists, and cloud engineers.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery while identifying and mitigating project risks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technology experience, including 5+ years in team/project management.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI (LLMs, Transformers, NLP, Computer Vision).
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Solid understanding of software engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
• Experience in data engineering, building pipelines, and scalable system design.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
