Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver agentic AI and GenAI/AI-ML solutions, including custom models and algorithms from conception through deployment.
• Build and productionize AI agents using prompt engineering, fine-tuning, transfer learning, and transformer-based approaches.
• Implement real-time decisioning and NLP-driven capabilities for digital banking use cases such as fraud detection, personalization, and chat/voice assistants.
• Deploy AI services and integrations using FastAPI, including API-based orchestration and vector database-backed retrieval workflows.
• Establish model governance and responsible AI practices, including quality management, bias mitigation, and model explainability.

Skills Required:

• 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, GenAI, and agentic AI delivery
• Machine learning, GenAI, AI/ML, and agentic AI development for enterprise applications
• NLP, real-time decisioning systems, and transformer-based modeling
• Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, transfer learning, and deep learning techniques
• Python, GCP, MLOps with CI/CD, FastAPI deployments, and vector databases
• Open Banking standards, APIs, data-sharing frameworks, and embedding third-party AI tools/APIs into product workflows

Good to Have:

• LLM development and deep learning specialization
