Design and implement scalable cognitive solutions, defining ontology strategies and orchestrating business processes for conversational AI experiences. Lead development of reusable modules, mentor engineering teams, and drive technical decision-making to ensure high-quality enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable cognitive solutions on the client platform based on architectural blueprints.
• Define ontology strategies and orchestrate business processes to ensure seamless conversational AI experiences.
• Lead development of cognitive modules and reusable ontologies to enhance system capabilities.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to develop custom AI solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
• Mentor engineering team members and lead technical decision-making to uphold high standards of quality and performance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on conversational AI and enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or Python.
• Experience with REST API design, integration, and enterprise system architecture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building reusable ontologies for complex enterprise architectures.
• Background in leading technical decision-making for large-scale cognitive platforms.
